Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your The Kneadly Pro arrive damaged or you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in original condition and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or worn socks cannot be returned.

To start a return, email hello@kneadly.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
